Mr. Bruce Ballengee has twenty-five years of experience in operations and technology working with business and IT organizations to be more effective through improvements to their strategies, organizations, people, processes and technology. His primary area of expertise is operational effectiveness and enterprise architecture for service companies and IT organizations. He has published and spoken at symposia on several technical and enterprise architecture subjects. Mr. Ballengee has taught courses in enterprise architecture and project risk management.
He has extensive experience in the telecommunications, energy and software industries, along with high-tech manufacturing and financial services. Mr. Ballengee has served in leadership capacities at Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, Sprint and Hitachi Consulting over the last twenty years. He founded Dolphin International in 1995 and merged with Tactica Technology Group in 1998 where he served as the head of its Denver and Dallas consulting operations. He served in various roles at Hitachi Consulting including Executive Vice President of Service Delivery where he led a major strategic focus and restructuring initiative that boosted gross margins fifty percent; as well as Chief Financial Officer, where he helped the firm achieve consistent profitability before co-founding Pariveda Solutions.
Mr. Ballengee received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Baylor University in 1979. He also received an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1981. Mr. Ballengee serves on the boards of Koios Works, a PC-based game developer, and the Texas Council of the American Electronics Association, the world’s oldest and largest high-tech industry trade association. He also serves on the advisory boards of Fellowship Technologies, an application service provider of church management software, and Pan-Atlantic Software, an application service provider of collaboration software.
